Why to store all past states of the channel, why can’t we create a serial number starting from 0 on each channel, once it gets updated the SN is 1 and so forth, when the transaction is published to the blockchain, if the watch tower has higher SN signed -> cheat detected. This way the watchtower has to keep only the last state with the highest SN
